Our test kits are pre-packed. Within you will find:
– all submission forms
– swabs and sample envelopes for each participants
– pre-paid and self-addressed envelope to post your samples and forms

Take a mouth swab
Please take a witnessed sampling. Each participants needs to take 2 swabs

Fill in the submission forms
Please read everything carefully and complete our samples submision and collection forms. Take care to sign everything, especially the „consent”. According to the law we may not conduct your test if the consent has not been signed appropriately.

Return & pay
Your sampler will send it all back to us (pre-paid return envelope). Please pay in advance
